Rates are inclusive of Accommodation, Full Breakfast, Pre Dinner Cocktails, Four Course Dinner and Selected Lodge Activities.(Pheasant House not applicable)

Bookings with an arrival date on or after 19-05-2012 will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

Children are welcome.
Children under 2 are free of charge.
Children above the age of 11 are charged full rate.


Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following policies apply: If a reservation is cancelled within 8 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the tariff for each night cancelled will be charged. Should cancellation be received within seven days prior to arrival, 100% of the tariff for each night cancelled will be charged..

Payment Policy:
A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
The deposits can either be made in the form of a bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card details and expiry date. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with credit card and bank transfers. Surcharge applicable on December 25th (Christmas Day) and December 31st (New Year's Eve) of NZ$345.00 per adult and NZ$172.50 per child (under 12 years of age).
